Genuine pleasure can only come from good ingredients. We choose our suppliers very carefully. The best cheese fondue starts of course with an excellent cheese. We have found one nearby in Embrach, on the Guldenberg farm of the Lienhard family. The quality of their produce is the top priority for the Lienhard family. Their cows are also fed on potatoes and are milked without any automatic milking machines. The milk is bottled on the farm immediately and is processed into the full-bodied cheese at the dairy in Embrach. We are also fussy with our fondue chinoise – we use only Swiss meat supplied by the Ziegler butchers in Zurich.
