Genuine pleasure can only come from good ingredients. We choose our suppliers very carefully. The best cheese fondue starts of course with an excellent cheese. We found the cheese directly from the Zurich region from Stephan Schaub from Amstad Chäslädeli in Zurich. We are also fussy with our fondue chinoise – we use only Swiss meat supplied by the Ziegler butchers in Zurich.
